TERMS OF SERVICE
- I have the right to decline or cancel any commission. I can also update my terms of service anytime as well.
- DO NOT use any of my artworks or commissions for anything AI or NFT/Crypto-related.
- I only accept payment in USD through Ko-Fi.
- You may use my commission for personal or commercial purposes (you will have to talk to me about a commercial commission). All commissioned artwork is still owned by me.
- Full payment upfront is preferred, but you can pay me half of the quoted price for the sketching stage. However, I will not go past the initial sketch stage without the rest of the payment.
- I will ONLY issue refunds if I can not complete the commission.
- I have the right to post my commissions on my social media. However, if you would like to keep the commission private, please tell me beforehand.OTHER INFORMATION
- You do not need to ask permission to use my commission for your profile picture/banner. Please credit me when used!
- Your commission may take some time to complete because I am a busy university student! But feel free to ask for updates!
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Send me an email at [email protected] or contact me on discord @inkvyu with a detailed commission request. I will determine the commission price accordingly.
2. After confirming the full (or half) payment, I will ask you for details about your commission. It would be wonderful to provide me desired details such as references, poses, moods, colors, objects, etc. You may even provide a thumbnail or sketch of the idea you have in mind!
3. I will send you an initial sketch(es) for approval. You may request any major changes during the sketching stage ONLY. I am willing to do minor adjustments after sending the commission though.
4. I will send you a draft of the flat colors for approval.
5. When the commission is finished I will send a Google Drive link containing a high-resolution image of the commission (with and without the watermark) and a .psd file via email.
